This 12 week program will include the Mind Management skills of the other programs along with giving you tools to reach and maintain your healthy weight. After yo-yo dieting for decades, I discovered the fundamental tools of weight loss that helped me to lose 70 lbs. My experience helped me create this program that involves nutrition, activity and the correct mind-set, Each week includes: A Short Video - 45 minute coaching call - written content per e-mail giving you the skills to achieve your healthy weight in a way that can be fun, enlightening and rewarding. You will learn to avoid emotional eating by realizing, it's not only about what you put in your mouth, but about what you put into your head. Habits will be created...CHECK!
